So I have been sick for the last week or so. I came down with this just after my 30th b-day. I didn’t even get to really enjoy the extra day off that I took.
I went in to work on wednesday and boy was that a mistake. I relapsed and have had to stay home yesterday and am going to stay home today.
I did get a x-box 360 from a friend on the cheap, which is really cool. It came with a couple of games and another friend is loaning me a bunch of his games because he doesn’t have time to play. :)
DO feel free to invite me to play co-op if you see me. I do have the headset so we can even smack talk.
On the vista front, I was able to get an updated version of the ati video drivers that has substantially helped with some of performance issues in games. If you are running vista, update your video drivers, it helps.
Oh, and for the REALLY techy, Cisco just released a new version of the vpn client that is compatible with vista and it works great.
