Just in case anyone else can’t get rid of the thing:
To close the Language bar (using Classic view in Control Panel):
1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Regional and Language Options.
2. On the Languages tab, under Text services and input languages, click Details.
3. Under Preferences, click Language Bar.
4. Deselect the Show the Language bar on the desktop check box.

So yeah, Suddenly the apartment complex that we live in had townhouses available for a reasonable price. Andrea and I are moving into one as soon as we can. It is very nice, 2 bedroom 2 bath. Best of all we get to be further away from the getto section of the 2 complexes that we lived on the border of.
Moving such a short distance has its advantages and disadvantages. It has a tendency to confuse companies when you move such a short distance.
As I am at the new apartment where we don’t have reliable internet I don’t know if I mentioned previously the whole problem with our bathroom at the old apartment. Basically, I had noticed that the floor had started to sag and that it felt like it was rotting. I reported this a while back to the apartment complex. Of course, they decided to show up to fix it the day after I had been in the hospital with the flu.
We told them that I couldn’t be without the bathroom at that time so they just covered up the whole floor with plywood to make it safe and left.
They then rescheduled appointments over and over again and the guy that was supposed to do the job just wasn’t showing up. Finally, 2 days ago, they manage to get started. Then, as mentioned previously, I found out that the townhouse apartments are available and cheap now. So we have a new bathroom at the old place and we are moving out!
This move is going to be very nice. We are going to have a room dedicated to computers and the living room will have the TV and gaming stuff. I will probably take pics once we get all moved over.
Our internet provider states that they won’t be able to get the DSL moved until after the 3rd so there are going to be a couple of days that we won’t have internet access at the new place. We will see how fast they move.
