Non Original Acronym

Found a huge database of midi files to use for my cell phone. Got some cool zelda and anime soundtrack midis as ringers.

I was up late last night, just browsing the web, and listening to a web cast on launch.yahoo.com. I found that all of the music that I was listening was different from what I usually listen to. As most of you know I listen to a lot of J-pop, Anime OST’s, a little techno, and some rock. Now, if any of you are familiar with launch.yahoo.com you will be aware that this is a site that lets you control the music that you listen to. Sure, they toss in an add or two for new stuff but most of time you choose what you like, how much you like it, and how frequently you listen to it. I have used this service at work over time and have ended up with a very interesting collection of music. None of which I listen to normally. So the question that has to be asked is, why don’t I listen to this music normally? I thought about it. Most of the music is older titles, stuff that stations don’t normally play and the stations that do go out of business quickly. On top of that is the fact that some of it is new age, celtic and even soft rock. I would love to find a station that provides this sort of eclectic mix. If I had a way to set this sort of mix up in my car I would. For now, however, I plan on starting to listen to this web radio more often.
